Starting from the volume by Roger McCormick “Legal Risk in the Financial Markets” (Oxford University Press, 2nd ed., 2010), the workshop will discuss the most important issues on legal risk and compliance in financial regulation.
The workshop is part of the course on “Advanced Law for Economics” held at the Faculty of Economics of Sapienza, University of Rome and focused on financial regulation.
The workshop is organised with the support of “AISES – International Academy for Social and Economic Development” and “AICOM – Associazione Italiana Compliance”.
